- All prices are subject to change with notice.
3. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- Recurring lawn maintenance customers are required to keep a valid credit card on file.
- We accept payment by credit card, Zelle, and personal check.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
4. Contracts & Commitments
- Ongoing lawn maintenance services typically require a one-year contract unless otherwise agreed.
- Contracts may include early termination terms. Details will be specified in your individual service agreement.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Customers must notify Green Roots at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a service.
- Green Roots reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide access to the property (e.g., gates unlocked, pets secured).
- Customers are responsible for removing personal items, vehicles, or furniture from service areas. Green Roots is not liable for damage to items left in the service area.
7. Liability
- Green Roots is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or unmarked underground utilities.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Roots is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
8. Termination of Services
Green Roots reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of:
- Non-payment
- Unsafe working conditions
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
