Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals from HOAs, property managers, or local municipalities. Green Roots Landscaping is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from missing approvals.
6. Property Access
Clients must provide clear access to the work area, secure pets, and identify irrigation systems, utilities, or hidden structures. We are not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed items.
7. Plant & Material Disclaimer
Plant health cannot be guaranteed because outcomes may be affected by weather, irrigation, soil conditions, and maintenance practices. Natural variation in plant size, color, and growth is normal. Ongoing care after installation is the property owner’s responsibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
Green Roots Landscaping is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, or issues resulting from improper maintenance after service completion.
